Unplug all external devices like printer, flash drive, scanner etc., (except mouse and keyboard) connected to the computer and restart the system to get to the desktop screen. Once you are on the desktop screen ensure to install any pending updates and also update all device drivers from Device Manager. Do remember to restart the computer once this is done.
You may refer to the below article on how to update the drivers in Windows 10.

The error 'one or more network protocols are missing on this computer' might occur if the drivers are corrupted, incompatible and outdated.
If you can't connect to a network, there might be a problem with your network adapter, the piece of hardware that makes it possible for your PC to connect to a network.
I suggest you to run these networking commands in a command prompt window and check if it resolves the issue.
1. Right click on Start and select Command Prompt (Admin).
Usb vid_8087&pid_0024 driver download. 2. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your
connection problem:
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Hope the information helps. Keep us posted on Windows related queries and we will be happy to assist you further.
